We have officially re-opened our state of the art marina, and we are accepting reservations for the available slips. We are so excited to have our slips filled again with local boaters, the community at our docks is something we have been missing over the past year as we upgraded the docks.

Some of the features of our new floating docks include finger piers, wave stabilizer, metered electricity, and nonslip deck. On top of our state of the art floating dock, we are happy to have ramp access from both sides of the marina, a new fence, and upgraded landscaping.

The following slips and their capacity are available. We do not accept transient boaters, and live-aboards are not allowed. We are looking for local boat owners looking to take advantage of our amazing location.

Slips 2 (up to 37ft) is available.

Slip 10 (up to 80ft) is available.

Slip 13(up to 45ft) is available.

Slip 14 (up to 31ft) is available.

We are excited to share an update regarding construction progress at MarinaBTS. If you have been by, you will have noticed the docks are entirely demolished and the crew is getting ready to prepare for assembly and construction. Below is an image of the construction plans for the new docks.

There are a couple of changes we would like to make you aware of, particularly that the numbers for slips are now west-to-east rather than east-to-west, slip fees are set per the size of allowable vessel per-slip, electricity and water are now metered, and each slip comes with finger pier access and new pilings.

We are please to announce MarinaBTS will have a new state-of-the-art floating dock.

With floating dock finger piers and metered water and electric, we are proud to be able to welcome new slip-holders into our Marina starting April 1st 2024.

RESERVE A NEW SLIP

MarinaBTS is undergoing redevelopment as of today, December 1, 2023.

We are looking forward to welcoming back slip-holders after construction of our new dock is complete.

Our best estimate is that LauderdaleBTS get’s their favorite Marina back estimated March 2024.

Slip 9

Available immediately and can hold up to a 67 foot boat. This slip is 1577.18 per month including taxes, electricity and water.

Slip 11

Available August 1 and can hold up to a 70 foot boat. This slip is 1647.80 per month including taxes, electricity and water.

No Liveaboards and no major boat work.

Month-Month Contract, no deposit. Must consent to auto-pay.

Pressing forward into 2023 we are looking forward to welcoming new boats and improvements to the facility as approved by the Town.

Slip 8 is available until July 15th, 2023 which accommodates over 60′ vessels.

Dear Valued Slipholders – We are in the process of confirming dock upgrades including finger piers, electrical and water connections, pilings, dredging, and gated access.

At this point in time, the schedule could be confirmed any time from July on. We will soon have a definite timeline and an update on which boats can stay at the Marina during construction, and which cannot. We are hoping to offer the ability to stay at our docks for a portion of our customers during our construction. However, access to the boat slips will be restricted according to construction schedule as well as liability completely deferred through written contract to slip holder.
